Refund policy

Storytellers Industrial/Vintage/Antique products are NOT new and are in used/vintage condition. We love the fact our products have an age and history, all of which brings character to a piece. We love to leave our items in their original untouched state, with the patina of time evident. Some of our items may have age related issues. We will endeavour to provide the best description possible to ensure you know exactly what you are buying. Please ask questions and choose carefully, no two items are the same... and that's what keeps them special and 

REFUND POLICY:

As stated above, all our items are in used condition and it is important to read the full item description before purchasing.  We will work with you to ensure you get the right product and make you happy!  We will consider return applications on a case by case basis and provide a full refund (less shipping costs) if found to be reasonable.  Refunds will not be made automatically when the item was received as described and there has been a simple change of mind.  All refund requests must be made 7 days after the sale. We strive to represent all items in their current condition and are happy to provide detailed information and photos prior to purchase to avoid any disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Like all models, our products are photographed at their best and from their best angles. They can differ slightly in person... Much like that Tinder date you went on once.
